Forget about super-setting, if you are in a hurry to get your work out done it will not happen, you will take 2 hours to get your agenda complete in the gym.
Vida is better User ( 10:33) If you like to lift, during the weekdays its an impossible thing to do. You can't even take a class without the older people complaining about how loud the music is. While the facility is gorgeous, the culture sucks, and it has completely ruined my experience. Examples: "your blow dryer is blowing hot air in my face" or "um, can you talk outside the steam room if you want to talk". I truly can't enter the women's locker room without receiving a rude comment from a disgruntled cohort. Do not go here!! User ( 21:57) When getting in a good, refreshing workout at a very nice gym is tainted by a nasty culture and clientele, it's not worth being a member. I even called corporate who then kicked it back to the same Amanada to tell me no again! They act like they could care less, cause me outright of trying to scam or get around the situation and policy! This place is unreal and I expect more customer care from such a high end facility. I explained there was no location and have been billed $2000.00 since moving - the right thing to do is a retro active cancellation but no ! Amanada the assistant manager would rather quote rules and policy then have a happy member and take into account my situation. Developed a good relationship only to have it all blown up when I moved to San Diego - it was suggested I freeze my membership which I find out gets added to the backside of your contract - until I moved and was able to see if there was a location near me.

I was a loyal member and paid for two memberships plus lots of personal training. And considering such bad customer service, I would definitely not recommend this gym.
I can't believe such an expensive gym's dishonesty just in order to boost sales. The sales manager or the company customer service just passed the buck everytime when we tried to solve this problem. However, we were told we could not cancel the membership within 12 months afterwards. The sales manager told us that we could cancel the membership anytime we want when we first subscribed the membership.
